Brief History: Founded on the river beddings, where a fallen tree made a bridge across, the village typically has stone houses, as trees are considered sacred. The river brings the village life, through the farms that provide the village with food, and through the water it brings to the villagers and also through the small amount of gold that was found a little further up its stream.

Brief History: Hé mén straddles the river Hónghé and sits right next to a nearby lake. As such it has has long existed as a river crossing ,fishing village, as well as a convenient place for goods to be to be loaded and unloaded from vessels. The recent discovery of iron in the surrounding mountians has caused it to grow quite a bit, as it has waterways suitable for the construction of mills and is the last place on the river where tall oceangoing boats can dock. As such it is a growing settlement with much construction going on.

Hé mén also has two bridges across it's river, which connect the village and facilitate trade. Being at opposite ends of the settlement they're also popular locations for races.

Brief History: Nobody knows how they got there, but the Niilani were a semi-nomadic tribe wandering the island until unknown complications caused them to decide they were going to live on one spot on the plains. Thanks to the more adventurous folk, trade routes have been established to and from the village. Every winter, a large party of Niilani make their annual trading commute through the villages on the island and beyond.
Any other notes: Niilani have a bit of a reputation for having a “crazy” religion. Missionaries are to be avoided at all costs.

Brief History: Yueyuan, a rather large village with a population of 9,750 civilians in "Ducks Island". They were originally settlers from Northern Island of Meihiua (没花) which once migrated to the South prior to Ice Age before Ducks Island became an island. This particular case led to Yueyuan civilians establishing their own culture nearby the so-called "Heavenly Mountain". The Yueyuan Village is to be believed as decedents of Heavenly Goddess, who once reigned throughout Meihua and offered her blood to her own Yueyuan children to lead Yueyuan Village. Yueyuan Village pride themselves in commerce, agriculture as well as it's own military establishment with a small number of 240 militia.
The settlers who have settled in 月源, established this large village many thousands ago over the valleys and mountains, to this particular small island. The people of 月源村 are primarily peaceful and consider diplomacy before anything else.
Any other notes about your village: The people of 月源村, are relatively intelligent in terms of inventions and much more. They are also simple people, in the village. Housing in 月源村 are mainly made of hard stones, with nicely decorated housing accommodations. The roof itself is decorated either in blue tiles or in traditional red tiles. The village itself also has a port for ships coming in and out into 2 wide rivers that sits the village both sides into Heavenly Lake. Most houses in 月源村 are built in 2-3 stories high with few areas of Pagoda Towers (there is mainly 1-3 of them in 月源村.) The village itself prides themselves in Arts, Science, and Commerce across Ducks Island.

Brief History: Believed to be founded by the Black Tortoise of Shinto mythology, Turtrians strongly believe in a good honest work. Perhaps because of the cramped position against the mountains and river, the houses are very close together often going underground or housing several families. Docks and even house boats dot the coastline and going up to the mountain more and more lodges for cutting wood are found. Diet consists of mountain animals, fish and rice. A smaller part of the village can be found on the west side. The west side is mostly devoted to farming and trade. Here foreign boats line the ports with a bustling city center. Many Turtrians work on this side and live on the other.
